  The basic service policies are as follows:

  3、The duration and scope of the detailed product warranty may be consulted at the distribution point at the time of purchase.

  In the following cases, the customer service center will charge a certain amount of material fee, service fee and so on when the service is not guaranteed by the company.

  4.1 The product or its body is beyond the free warranty period;

  4.2 Products are not free of charge;

  4.3 Failure caused by abnormal voltage, water immersion and improper use of the environment.

After-sale technical service

  2、If the product has quality problems, it will be answered within 15 minutes after receiving the repair call (or fax). If the phone can't solve the problem, it will be sent to our professional maintenance personnel within 3 hours.

  3、During the warranty period, our company will make free maintenance for the product every 6 months, and be responsible for maintenance.

  4、Our long-term to provide users with free products, consulting, maintenance of technical advisory services; warranty, long-term provision of spare parts, reasonable fees (repair period only by accessories cost charge).

  5、Our department has a special training department, which does professional training for technicians, salesmen and customers, so that it can exclude equipment failures for users in the shortest time and ensure the smooth progress of users' work.
