What you have to know before installaton 

The device distance on the open air is 200m ,but the environment have interferce on the wireless products. like the cellphone in lift or metal house ,there is no single or low single . so before you use ,pls check below : 

1.Before you fix the transmitter ,test the distance in different place and choose a goods position to fix it . 

2.Don’t install the transmitter on metal door or steel security door ,if find the distance is short ,pls change another position. 

3.Place the receiver far away TV, Ice box ,Air-condition ,Router ,induction cooker and some signal interference device . 

4.Between the receiver and transmitter ,it is better on direct line or no obstacles ,the distance will be more longer .   

Maintenance :

1.Ideally ,use high quality alkaline batteries –they last longer and reduce the chance of electrolyte leakage .

2.In oder to protect the precision internal electronic components ,it’s advisable that unqualified users should not attenmpt to open the unit for maintenance . 

3.The bad envoirment maybe will interfer the operating range ,so if you find the remote distance is short ,could you pls change a new place and try a again ? 

4.Correct use of the products helps to effectively extend the service life of the unit. 

A. why don't the wireless doorbell rang?

1. Detection receiver if there is a good power supply or install batteries, indicator light will flash music will sound.

2. Whether to take out the battery insulating strip testing launcher

3. Check whether to silent, or light mode to be less bright state, debug the volume key or set key, please.

4. Test for a unpaired transmitters and receivers, but learning pattern matching.

B. installation considerations:

1. There is high voltage circuit and a non-professional precision electronic components do not open the repair;

2. Please do not install near the metal surface and, to avoid metal objects affect the doorbell signal transmission and reception;

3. Please use the high quality alkaline batteries, avoid to use short battery life and porous electrolyte batteries, using distance shortened or leakage ring, please replace the battery.

4. Transmitters installed in the process of the battery shell under the condition of incomplete fasten, please do not try to press a button, to avoid improper operation or too hard and damaged button and the shell;

5. Please avoid long time rain water and sunlight;
